For over a decade, she has been helping leaders, companies, nonprofits, and higher education organizations grow and thrive. Drawn to new ideas and generative connections, Tyana has a history of building programs from the ground up, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and bringing targeted solutions to life to address both seen and unseen needs. In addition, Tyana looks at leadership and the employee experience through a whole-person lens—helping organizations prioritize healthy, engaged, happy employees in order to generate desired results. Tyana is currently the People Operations Director for Cloverleaf, an automated coaching technology that integrates with the tools employees use everyday. Tyana is mum to 2 doodle dogs and 2 cats, and when she's not helping optimize organizational leadership, she enjoys making music with friends in Cincinnati, Ohio.
